Dear Mr. Harris,
My job requires me to travel which means I must stay in hotels quite frequently. During the past several months I have had some of my best sleep due to the pillows in these hotels.
I began my search for the 50% down feather and 50% down pillows...no luck in finding the same pillows.

Just a quick note to tell you how satisfied we are with your pillow machine, your ticking products, and your service.
As a 550 room, five-star resort hotel, we must pay particular attention to our pillows. Prior to installing your machine, we had to wash all our feather pillows. This took a great deal of time and effort, especially the drying. Now we sanitize the feathers, put a new tick on and we have a new pillow. This has saved the Hotel a great deal of money on replacement pillows.
We also have a retail business and our customers love their "new" pillows at a fraction of the cost of replacing their old one...

I just want you to know how pleased we are with the Pillow Machine we purchased earlier this year. It has been a great asset to our hotel.
Many of our guests have requested a certain size pillow for their stay. Some like a large, fluffy pillow and others like smaller, flatter pillows. I want to tell you what a great machine your Pillow-Vac is. We have been using it almost daily in upgrading our rooms, here at the Beverly Hills Hotel. What a beautiful sight to see what appears to be a brand new pillow. ...
I am saving over $16.50 on every pillow. We use to send them out to be cleaned and if they did not come clean then we either recovered them or threw them out. Now we have a great looking, good smelling and very plump pillow for around $2.75 each. thanks, thanks, and more thanks.

Just a few lines to let you know what we think about the Pillow-Vac. to be very frank, I really don't see how any hotel, motel or hospital that uses feather pillows can afford not to have one. I just wanted to let you know that we love our 50/50 Harris Pillows. You were kind enough to email me back and when we found out that these were indeed the pillows we slept on at the hotel I ordered two pillows. We have been very satisfied with them. I have never seen 50/50 pillows in any of the department/specialty stores around here. I have even looked in some mail order catalogs and cannot find them. Too bad more people don’’t know about them!!!

Hi, my wife and I stayed at the Hilton in Charleston West Virginia over the weekend. My wife is 9 months pregnant and she always has issues with sleeping. Let’s just say, our stay at the Hilton was great, and it was all because of your pillows. Our company which owns three locations in the Charleston, West Virginia area have been very pleased with Harris pillows. Before trying Harris we must have tried ten types of pillows. All of which had the same results. They all became flat, lumpy or balled up after washing. The Hampton Inn that we own has the most intense inspections in the country. They always noted to us to replace our pillows. Now that we have changed to Harris we have not changed our pillows in eighteen months and have had no complaints from our guests. The guests like them so much that they ask us if they can buy one. One of our guests commented on them and said that he has neck and back problems and this pillow helped him to get a good nights sleep.
At our Ramada Plaza the pillow met the standard of the Vice President of the United States, Al Gore. We had to change the blanket, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and wash cloths but not the pillows, his staff was pleased with quality of the pillows. In closing, I bought one for home and I love it. For a hotel owner looking for quality and durability you can’t beat the price and the service in unbeatable.

My designer changed her mind and I need to have made one additional 3" foam bench seat made with layer of 90/10 feathers on top and bottom and encased in a cover. Hardin refuses to add it to my existing order (which is in production) and refuses to do it as a new order unless I supplement enough other items to fill a box. I don't need anything else from them! So now I'm looking for another vendor who can make the same insert, without the same minimum policy! Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

I have been very happy with the down wrap for foam inserts from Harris Pillow Supply. They make this with a zipper closure and you pop in the foam. Very easy.

Their turn around is very fast and they have great customer service. Call and ask for Greg.

Thank you, I'll give them a call. The picture shows a product different from what I need, but perhaps they can make it. The two cushions will be right next to each other, so that's why they need to be as identical as possible. None of my experience with Hardin showed a company focused on the needs of the customer, perhaps Harris will be a nice change!

I've got to second the vote for Harris. That company is nothing BUT focus on the customer. They do custom anything all the time. I talk to Greg and order all sorts of crazy stuff. You can also send him a template and he'll make whatever you want exact.

I just ordered 6 very small, round top/flat bottom, and very flat "pillows" for the upper backs of dining room chairs. I sent him my paper template as well as the mock up I had made. He made my 6 pillows with that amount of fill and shape.

You will LOVE them!

Another vote for Harris!

I have dealt with Greg on several large pillow projects and they have all turned out wonderful. I recently talked with him about custom bosters for my day bed. I drafted the template and talked through fill options. End result, they were sitting "naked" on the bed and one of my designers already ordered a set for one of her jobs.

Give him a try, the customer service is wonderful.
